So, I decided to make an investment in a Life Fitness Elliptical. I love to run, but I want the convenience of just rolling out of bed and straight to an exercise routine. I hate gyms.
And surprisingly, the quality of this machine is exactly what you would get at the gym. It feels just like you’re running on an elliptical at the gym.
So far, I’ve been running every day for 30 minutes, and it has definitely helped increase my stamina and tone me up. Best of all, as a busy corporate drone, it’s made it easy for me to exercise right in my home.
