Life Fitness Club Series Ellipitcal for the Busy Executive

Life Fitness Club Series EllipticalI just recently purchased the Life Fitness Club Series X9i Elliptical from Fitness Resource in Atlanta, an authorized dealer of Life Fitness equipment.

Over the last year, my body has handled work stress through weight gain. I’ve cut back on exercise, and haven’t always had the best diet on a busy schedule.

There are days that I just literally have no time. Plus, I just turned 28, so it seems my metabolism has officially died this year; the weight is not coming off as fast as it used to…

So, I decided to make an investment in a Life Fitness Elliptical. I love to run, but I want the convenience of just rolling out of bed and straight to an exercise routine. I hate gyms.

And surprisingly, the quality of this machine is exactly what you would get at the gym. It feels just like you’re running on an elliptical at the gym.

So far, I’ve been running every day for 30 minutes, and it has definitely helped increase my stamina and tone me up. Best of all, as a busy corporate drone, it’s made it easy for me to exercise right in my home.

This is by far the gold-standard in ellipticals, and it has the most smooth, natural stride you’ll find, and absolutely perfect for the busy executive.

Benefits

  • Much better on your knees than running outside or on treadmill
  • Equipment automatically monitors and adjusts resistance to keep heart rate up
  • Most smooth, natural stride you’ll find
  • Works the entire body all at once
  • You can burn about the same amount of calories as you would running
  • Cheaper than plastic surgery in most cases; promotes a real lifestyle change

Price

The unit retails for about $4,000 USD, but I got it on sale for about $3,500.

Where to Buy

If you’re considering purchasing a Life Fitness elliptical, then I would definitely go through an authorized dealer; it just works out better should you need warranty service or repairs.
