My Situation
I hate it when people say all you need to do is eat less and exercise more.
Working for a Fortune 100 during the greatest economic downturn since the 1920s is not easy. My work week is often 70+ hours managing the constant corporate spiel of do more with less and faster please. While I’m grateful to have a job, my body is also under a tremendous amount of pressure and in need of attention.
As a result of the stress, my eating and exercise habits have taken a turn for the worse, and I’ve gained weight. It’s time for me to reboot my body.
Post-Ephedra Fallout
Over ten years ago I took ephedra-based (ma huang) products, like Metabolift and Diet Fuel, back when those were all the rave. Ephedra burned fat almost over night. I lost 140 pounds within one year, reaching my goal weight of 180 pounds.
After several deaths, ephedra has been banned in the US market, but still available in foreign markets. Unfortunately, since the ephedra fallout, there’s really not been anything like it or as effective.
I’ve tried the new ephedra-free Metabolift and Diet Fuel, plus Xenadrene, Hydroxycut, green tea supplements, and all the latest weight management products from GNC.
None of it works for me.
To top it off, I have a heart murmur too, so I tend to get heart palpitations and flutters on diet supplements, and will stop immediately if I have those side effects.
So Far…Atro-Phex is Working
During this first week I lost a few pounds and some inches off my waist. Honestly, I’m a little excited. This could be the new ephedra!
The appetite suppression is amazing. I find very few supplements can actually suppress your appetite, but this one will definitely have you cutting back on your calories. Plus, it makes you drink more water, which is a good habit to relearn. Water is vital to good health, including weight loss.
I thought for sure I would experience some negative side effects with this supplement, but none so far. In fact, since I started Atro-Phex I have experienced a dramatic improvement in my sexual stamina.
